    This book didn’t take me in from the first page but Kya sure did. I wanted to know more about her story and her families history but what I got was even more than I could have expected. I finished this book in 3 days. It was spellbinding.

    This book had all the aspects of a perfect book. Mystery, Romance, Suspense, you name it. I was hesitant to read it after reading the summary but so glad I gave this book a chance.

    This book didn’t grab me at first. I couldn’t get into the characters and the pace of it, so after a few chapters, I put it down. After hearing more and more friends comment on how good it was, I thought, “OK, let’s give it another try”. I’m glad I did. It’s a coming-of-age but with a different feel. The story builds slowly, to a great and interesting ending. Overall, a very good read and excellent tale.

    Some parts were slow, but this is such a great book. It’s a tear jerker and a page turner. I really enjoyed the story from beginning to end. It’s a tale of great love and loss.
